Injury rehab and return to play in Tampa

Easing pain is the first half. Rehab is the second: rebuilding the strength and control you need for the drive, the job or the sport ahead.

Leo, our rehab coach, works with you on the rehab floor beside the treatment rooms. Each session builds on the last, and the doctor checks your progress at every visit.

We measure what matters for your goal: how far you can turn, how long you can hold a position, how a hop or a lift feels. When the numbers improve, the exercises get harder.

Return to play, step by step

The last stage rebuilds speed and change of direction. We agree on the steps with you, and with your coach or trainer if you want us to talk to them.

Questions about injury rehab and return to play

Is rehab included in my visit?

Rehab time is part of most plans of care. We tell you at the first visit which parts your coverage pays for.

Do I need special clothes?

Wear clothes and shoes you can train in. We have water and towels on the floor.
